An Incentive Trip is a recreational or holiday event created as a corporate strategy used to motivate and enhance the performance of employees and other supportive parties. The Incentive Trip activity in the D-III MICE Program is conducted as an opportunity for students to practice implementing Incentive activities, enhancing their knowledge, ideas, and creativity.

This year’s event is organized by the 2022 cohort with the theme “The Natural Beauty of Bali.” It will take place from January 30, 2024, to February 2, 2024, in Bali.

We express our gratitude to the Incentive Trip Committee, Supervising Lecturers, Colleagues in Bali, as well as our friends from the 2023 cohort, who have all contributed to the success of this event by dedicating their time, energy, and resources.

The exciting moments shared during this trip will become unforgettable memories for all of us.
