This activity aims to develop leadership skills, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility as a student. attended by more than 123 students from D3 MICE, D3 ASP, and D3 KPS, Head of Diploma 3 Study Program, Diploma 3 Study Program Secretariat, Head of Dimaslum FEB, ASWADEK 3 FEB Usakti, Teaching Lecturers, and attended by resource persons who will provide material, namely Dr. Sarfilianty Anggiani, M.M, MBA (material on Leadership) & Mba Reynitta Poerwitto Bach, Of Psych, M.Psi, Psychologist (material on Self Development). participants participate in following the activity plan to hone leadership skills. they also participate in games or team building activities to develop decision-making skills in complex situations.
